Madylin Sweeten SUES Over Web Series Investment

EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND star MADYLIN SWEETEN is suing the creator of an Internet TV series over her investment in the show.

The actress, who played Ally in the beloved TV sitcom between 1996 and 2005, agreed to appear in a new season of Youthful Daze and invest $28,000 (£17,500) into the show, on the basis that creator Bryan James would give her creative input.

However, in the lawsuit, Sweeten claims James did not uphold his end of the deal and made all the casting and shooting decisions without her approval. James allegedly admitted he never planned to give her any say in business decisions.

Sweeten wants her investment back as well as damages, according to TMZ.com.
