Keyshia Cole’s Emotional DRUG Denial

Troubled singer/songwriter KEYSHIA COLE has denied ever turning to drugs.

The Let It Go musician has endured a turbulent few years in her personal life, including her split from husband and former Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel Gibson, in 2014.

After an Instagram user accused Keyshia of taking an illegal substance, she posted an angry denial to the photo-sharing website referencing her biological mother Frankie’s battle with drug addiction and her love for her six-year-old son Daniel.

“Listen,” she writes on Instagram. “Don’t judge ok!!! This is life!! And I’m thankful for it all!! The good the bad and the ugly!!! Failed marriage, bad choices in a few that promised me the world and said all the right things and did opposite…

“I’ve never fronted on my mother, neither one! Never disowned my mother because of drugs. (She’s the reason I would NEVER even try Drugs) You all have seen me grow, I’ve created a wonderful life for my child.”

In December last year (15) she declared she was engaged to a mystery man and speculation about the star’s personal life has included reports the singer’s mysterious beau is hip hop star Bow Wow, a rumour denied by both parties.

As well as going through a difficult patch in her love life, Keyshia has also experienced legal troubles in recent years.

She was arrested in September 2014 after an alleged altercation at the home of her then rumoured boyfriend Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams.

The arrest was in relation to outstanding documents relating to a 2002 DUI arrest, confirming she had undergone a court-mandated alcohol education course.

In April last year (15) the star escaped punishment after court officials accepted the lack of a record showing she had completed the course could be explained by an administrative error on the part of her former lawyer.
