
U.S. broadcaster HOWARD STERN has topped Forbes Magazine’s new list of the highest paid TV personalities.
The radio host earned $95 million (GBP59 million) between June, 2014 and June, 2015, for his work on Sirius XM radio, where he hosts a daily show, and as a judge on TV hit America’s Got Talent.
U.S. talk show host Ellen DeGeneres comes in at number two with $75 million (GBP47 million) in earnings, while self-help guru Dr. Phil McGraw takes the third spot with $70 million (GBP44 million).
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and American Idol host Ryan Seacrest tie for fourth place, grossing $60 million (GBP38 million), while Kanye West’s reality star wife Kim Kardashian comes in sixth with $52.5 million (GBP33 million).
Stern’s fortunes will take a hit in the coming year as he quit as a judge on America’s Got Talent in September (15). British TV mogul Simon Cowell is set to take his place and overhaul the show.
