Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Fiancee SUES Actor Over Alleged Abortion Drama

CHARLIE SHEEN’s former fiancee BRETT ROSSI is suing the actor amid allegations he bullied her into getting an abortion.

In court documents obtained by, Rossi claims Sheen told her she’d give birth to a “retarded child” if she went through with the pregnancy last year (14).

She claims her ex went crazy when she told him she was expecting his child in March, 2014, and Charlie, who recently confirmed reports he was diagnosed HIV positive in 2011, threatened to dump her if she refused to abort the baby.

Rossi also alleges she and Charlie had unprotected sex at least five times before she discovered HIV medication in his medicine cabinet and forced him to come clean about his health, but she still agreed to have unprotected sex with the actor like “a normal couple” after seeking medical advice and weighing up the chances of contracting the virus.

In her legal papers, she also accuses her ex of hurling a cement pillar at her during one of his many violent outbursts.

Rossi, who split from Sheen in October, 2014, is asking for unspecified damages.

The suit was filed hours after another of Charlie’s former partners took legal action against the actor, accusing him of assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.

Scottine Ross’ attorney David M. Ring filed a lawsuit on behalf of his client against Sheen, claiming he agreed to resolve the claims against him for $1 million (£625,000), to be paid on 2 December (15), and to “assign to Ms. Ross five per cent of his 100 per cent back end participation points in the TV series Anger Management”.

Ring claims Sheen accused his ex of breaching their agreement following his appearance on U.S. breakfast show Today on 17 November (15) – when he revealed he was HIV positive – and refused to sign the settlement documents prepared by his own representatives, which had already been signed by Ross.

Ring tells WENN, “The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself. Mr. Sheen made it clear on The Today Show that he had no intention of honouring the agreement reached, and sure enough, he didn’t. Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen’s deposition.”

In the lawsuit, the lawyer alleges Charlie was verbally and physically abusive to his client throughout their relationship, and withheld the fact he was HIV positive when he first engaged in sexual relations with her in November, 2013.
